As I'm sure you can appreciate, the amount of SPAM we receive daily on the support@dmbhosting.com email address has become intolerable. We have left the mail unfiltered up until now so that we would recieve all support request. But, now the risk of accidentally delete an email is higher than not getting a legitimate support email due to it being filtered.
So, we turned SpamAssassin on for the support@dmbhosting.com email address and white listed all of the email addresses that customers used to signup for hosting with. This means that we should receive much less spam and should still get the legitimate emails from our customers.
However, there is still a chance that something in this new setup won't work. If you send an email to support and never get a confirmation email from us, the best thing to do is to log into the control panel at https://cp.dmbhosting.com and send the ticket from your control panel. This will by pass the email filter and put it right into the support system directly.
If you have any trouble sending us a ticket, please let us know so we can tweak this new system to everyone's advantage.
